I come from one of the most underprivileged areas in the world — Dharavi. Growing up with limited resources and financial struggles, I didn’t have the opportunities to become a doctor or an engineer. But I didn’t give up. I fought hard to become something meaningful — a teacher. As a teacher, I’ve always tried to support kids from backgrounds like mine. Many of them can’t afford education, so I often don’t take any fees from them. But I’m not rich. I don’t have enough resources to support every child on my own. That’s why I’m trying to build something bigger — a community, a movement — where no child is left behind just because they were born without privilege.
